General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the exbat platform and all related services. exbat is an online betting and casino platform that provides an entertaining gaming experience for Bangladeshi users.

In these terms, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to exbat. "You", "user", or "player" refers to any individual using our platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms cover the website, mobile application, and all other exbat services.
If a specific competition or promotion published on the platform has its own separate terms, those will apply alongside these general terms.
If any term conflicts with applicable law, that specific term will be considered void; the remaining terms will continue to apply.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These terms are drafted in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final. For any questions or ambiguities, please contact our support team directly.

Eligibility & Account Registration

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use services on exbat.

2.1 Age Requirement

Our platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Creating an account as a minor is strictly prohibited. exbat reserves the right to suspend or close any account where age cannot be verified.

2.2 Registration Process

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You may not open an account on behalf of or in the name of another person.
exbat may request any supporting documents for verification purposes.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

exbat reserves the right to verify a user's identity for deposits, withdrawals, or transactions above a certain amount. The KYC process must be completed using a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended if KYC is not completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your exbat account. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone.

Password Protection

Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and special symbols. Change your password regularly and notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity.

Account Sharing Prohibited

Account login details may not be shared with any third party. exbat will not be held liable if someone accesses your account without authorisation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on exbat are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We support the commonly used mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Average withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the event of suspected chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or money laundering, exbat reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and seize the relevant funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

exbat offers attractive bonus offers for its users. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Welcome Bonus Details

100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address or device are not permitted.
exbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
If bonus abuse is proven, the account will be closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed for betting and gaming on exbat. These rules ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.

6.1 Cricket & Sports Betting

Betting is limited to approved events only.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant rules.
The right is reserved to void any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.
Participation in match fixing or any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games — slots, live casino, poker, and others — are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game provider. exbat ensures fair play and all game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.3 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum limits apply to each game and bet, which are displayed in the game interface. exbat reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the exbat platform. Any user found engaging in a prohibited activity will have their account immediately closed and funds may be seized.

Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Using software bots or automated tools.
Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities.
Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Circumventing bonus terms (Bonus Abuse).
Opening an account using another person's information or identity.
False chargebacks or fraudulent payments.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
Harassing or defrauding other users.

10.2 Third-Party Services

10.3 User Losses

Account Closure & Suspension

exbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances.

11.1 Closure by exbat

Serious violation of these terms and conditions.
Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
Providing false or incorrect information.
Bonus abuse or exploiting system loopholes.
Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You may withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed; however, any incomplete wagering requirements on bonuses will be forfeited.

Changes to Terms & Contact

exbat reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before the changes take effect.

12.1 Effect of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
